What information we collect

We collect only what this website actually needs to function and to answer enquiries:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your preferred contact method, your project description, and — where you choose to provide them — your phone number, organisation name and budget range.
• Email and telephone contact: whatever you choose to include when you write or call us directly.
• Job enquiries: the CV and covering note you send by email, if you choose to send one.
• Technical request data: our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser type and referring page. Our contact endpoint temporarily holds a request's IP address in memory for a short period in order to limit repeated automated submissions.

What we do not collect

We want to be specific about the things this website does not do, because many privacy policies claim broad rights that are never exercised:

• Speculative job enquiries: retained only while they remain plausibly relevant, and deleted on request.
• Server request logs: retained by our hosting provider according to its standard retention period.
• Rate-limiting data: held in memory only, for a matter of minutes, and not written to storage.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or trade personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to operate this website or to respond to you:

• Our website hosting provider, which processes requests in order to serve pages.
• Our email provider, which we use to receive and reply to messages.
• A transactional email service, if and when one is connected to the contact form. Where that happens, the service processes the contents of your submission solely in order to deliver it to us.
• A public authority, where we are legally required to disclose information.

International transfers

Some of the service providers described above may process data on servers outside Nepal. Where that is the case, we choose providers that offer recognised safeguards for the data they handle. If you would like to know which providers we currently use, please ask.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection, form input is validated on the server as well as in the browser, and administrative credentials are not stored in the website's source code. We apply the same engineering practices we recommend to clients.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send confidential documents, credentials, identification documents or financial details through the contact form. If a discussion needs to include sensitive material, we will agree a secure channel with you first.
